Team members participating in RAMP efforts—including Execution Team members, Readiness Contributors, Line Owners, and stakeholders.
You'll learn to:
Understand how Process, IT, and User perspectives shape successful change
Comprehend the A.L.I.G.N. principles and C.L.A.R.I.F.Y. pillars
Recognize key R.E.S.U.L.T.S. roles and how they collaborate

CRF: Certified RAMP IT UP™ Facilitator

The CRF builds on Practitioner-level knowledge to focus on the how—facilitating transformation efforts with clarity, structure, and adaptability.
